  BAIT provides medical and dental benefits for all employees and their dependents. We offer a medical PPO plan, HMO plan or a POS plan. Which plan you select is dependent on your own personal needs and your state of residence. All the plans provide access to a large group of medical facilities and doctors across the United States.

  Every employee is entitled to ten days' vacation per year. Permission from your site supervisor is required before a vacation request can be submitted to corporate.
